<p dir="ltr">Just a bit of a follow up to clarify the under certain circumstances, a full rebuild of the manual is required to avoid stale content. This can take about 10 minutes to do before your changes show up.<br></p>

- having versioned manual (so updates don't overwrite last stable release),<br>
- including a downloadable zipfile.<br>

Neither are especially hard, just need to take the time to set it up.<br>
