so, it seems that there is not a Czech translation of that page<br>

but clicking on that red link points to the actual, translated,
Czech page... and not in edit mode!<br>

I don't know how the "language switcher" works, but I feel there is
something wrong...<br>

Shoud this be reported on the bugtracker?<br>
