<span>I'm not emphasizing videos over wiki pages, but think they are synergistic used</span>

<span>should be integrated whenever possible. I don't think a user's connection</span>

<span>quality should prevent us from</span>

<span>making it available. Things tend to get better with time.</span>

<span>Also, I found an excellent free video downloader, so if they wanted, they could</span>

<span>download it overnight</span>

<span>if necessary and build up a library.</span>
