With the exception of the Tutorials section(s), I'd say yes. Tutorials are<br>
well-covered and maintained elsewhere all over the internet. The wiki really<br>
doesn't need to concern itself with them, IMHO.<br>

It is true that they are all over the web but the fundamentals are<br>
never covered as well as they were in the old manual. I do agree that<br>
we need the manual before the tuts though. Also cutting up into the 3<br>
parts seems like a good idea to me.<br>

with platforms like wikimedia and other wikis. But I don't find any upload<br>
link on the site (perhaps im not seeing it)<br>

Please, how do I do that?<br>
