The paper started out as one thing, morphed into another, and when I submitted it for peer review, got great feedback on how it had gotten off track, and had a lot of fluff up front that wasn't really necessary and specific to using Blender. As an Author, it is sometime difficult to know when to stop, and what to cut out - which is what your Editor does. Those problems have been fixed, and the fluff has been cut, but it is good to note that there always needs to be peer review to help you stay focused, especially on long Tutorials.
