[Bf-docboard] Diff Reviewers

Hello all,

    I have made a new diff, and I am looking to figure out what
reviewer I should assign my ticket to. I did add it to the rBM repo,
but I'm guessing that may not be enough. The current diff is for the
Render Freestyle part of the manual.

Also, for future reference, is there a list of reviewers I may have
overlooked? I have quite a few notes made for additions/updates, and
they span over different parts of the manual, so this information
would be helpful.
