[Bf-docboard] Some redirects don't go to the right places

I noticed that the wiki is now being redirected to the manual. 

However some old links such as 
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Preferences/File#File_Paths 
are now going to the default manual page, making them useless. 
It looks like it should go to 
http://www.blender.org/manual/getting_started/installing_blender/directorylayout.html
