yes, the blender wiki was closed about 2-3weeks ago, and new efforts should
go onto the user manual

Currently the status is still a bit messy and not ready for translations,
as the structure is still being discussed. However there are lots of small
isolated tasks and feedback on the workflow is also appreciated.

if you need any help or small ToDos, head over to the #blenderwiki freenode
irc channel and ask around. pixaal should be able to indicate something.
