[Bf-docboard] layer animation

Hi,
I'm new to the ML, my name is Fabien Devaux and I can do Python &
REstructuredText.
While trying to fix warnings in Shinx manual (blender wiki) I was wondering
what to do with:

- :doc:`Changing Object Layers </animation/layer_animation>`

in animation/introduction.rst...

According to some forums It should just be dropped (discouraged & not
officially supported). Do you agree on that ?
