[Bf-docboard] Manual Automatic Build on Commit

Hi,
just a quick note to say Dan McGrath and me got the server to
auto-build the manual yesterday.

Commits to the SVN trigger a rebuild, in under a minute (roughly
~20-30sec in my tests)

There are related TODO's outstanding, mainly...

- having versioned manual (so updates don't overwrite last stable release),
- including a downloadable zipfile.

Neither are especially hard, just need to take the time to set it up.
