[Bf-docboard] Support grant for documentation project

Hi all,

Blender Foundation will support Greg Zaal to help us for 3 months part-time on getting the new user manual up and running. He will do cleaning work, fix up essential parts himself, coordinate documentors and help to ensure that this whole new system is a pleasant and usable experience for other documentors as well.

Greg is a great guy and awesome writer, I look forward to see how it turns out!

Note: this grant will get paid from general (non dev fund) donations. BF gets sufficient in to have more documentation grants next year as well. But let's first see how this goes.
