[Bf-docboard] Blender 2.7 Documentation

Hello!

Am I right that wiki.blender.org has no manual for the Blender 2.7x?
I was away for a while, but I think I had read about a new wiki/manual
in my e-mails.
I couldn't find anything about the 2.7x version on the wiki and I
would like to translate the actual manual pages instead of the old
ones.

Any hint is appreciated,
