[Bf-docboard] Translation - idea

Thank you everyone for comments. So I will wait until translation method, or
logic will crystallize. I will care about one to one sentence translation en
->cz as in wiki. I tried national character set and there is ablolute no 
problem (under utf-8). If we get another directory as in wiki, for instance 
cz, everything will be clear. What I will prefere is to use existing 
screenshots and pictures, so I have no idea how to do it. Maybe link to 
another ../en/picture/.. directory? So we will see.
Nice day and success in composing new "blender testament".
