[Bf-docboard] Bf-docboard Digest, Vol 113, Issue 2

I want both of them:

Extended tooltips and links to the manual.

The only thing I ask, is a way to continue linking to
other external sources (like other wikis), as we have today.
I will continue working and improving both documentation,
translations and extended tooltips.

For me it's perfect !
Count me in !
