[Bf-docboard] Can we have "last change date" in the docs please ?

Regarding http://www.blender.org/manual/

* It would be helpful to see when a document was last changed.
The last changed date could maybe added to the footer of the document ?

* Since the documentation is in a repository it should be possible to also
provide some sort of history ? so maybe we can get a list (like in the 
wiki) at least
who has modified the document when ?
