[Bf-docboard] Graph Editor + Editing pages

Hi.

I wanted to update the Graph Editor + Editing Pages.
These are just a list of some of the main changes to the pages.

Ill probably update in 2 weeks, though if someone wants more time to review changes, please say so, then ill leave it or update next month or something. 
"= Info =" wont be added to the pages by the way, these are just notes.

Graph Editor:
All the Menus have been moved to Editing, so they dont have to referenced on the page. They fill the page easy.
Before the menus were referenced with headers and links to the editing page. only View Menu was referenced, and only Select Menu was referenced on the Editing page.
Everythings been rewritten except Curve Editor Area and View Menu.
All the properties region panels have been referenced with pictures.

Editing:
Mostly rewritten.
I left the parts that looked ok. Smoothing, Sampling and Baking. View and Select menus.
Before one of the menus was referenced, Selection Tools, now all are referenced at the bottom of the page.
.. View, Select, Marker, Channel, Key.
.. View was from Graph Editor, the others have been added.
The editing page now contains Basic Tools, More Tools, and Header Menus.
Basic Tools are basic tools that are used often for editing.
Then theres More Tools, which are the same tools as before, some rewritten.

Todo:
New graph editor picture.
Add and rewrite Curve Editor Area to Graph Editor.
Editing > Transformations and Snapping.
Check/Remove comments. Then update.
