[Bf-docboard] Shape_Keys

Hi.

I rewrote the page:

Added them to page discussion:
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc_talk:2.6/Manual/Animation/Techs/Shape/Shape_Keys

Its my user page, so the toc is different.

linked there? Though the 2.4 page could be linked in the meantime."

Yea, i guess.
I dont know the process of adding to the 2.6 doc, so i just added proposed fix to a page.
I dont know if im allowed to actually update the doc page, or if someone else does that.

With this page i just wanted to describe the panels and give a general idear what they are used for.
I added a short bit of info on editing shape keys to Options.

I had a look at some of the 2.4 pages.
There is more information, but i dont know if its better to save the information for different topics/pages.
Like, Editing Shape Keys, Animating Shape Keys, Shape Keys Examples, etcetra.

I dont know whats going to happen with the 2.6 table of contents.

I copied the style of a modern page, I had some problems with image frame.
Might look at some more pages later.
