[Bf-docboard] VSE review

Hi all !

I currently make a complete review of the Video Sequence Editor docs, 
and I need your opinions about the new structure, and content. You can 
check my work in the sandbox, here:

This is an "index" page I made to list all the work done, allowing you 
to see the new structure of this chapter. Warning: the links contained 
are all "broken" because they link to the final destination of the pages 
(i.e. not in sandbox). By the way, they'll work when the pages are at 
their final addresses ;)

I hope you'll enjoy it, feel free to ask anything and criticize.
