I believe what you're talking about is not a problem. The layout adapts
depending on the width of your window. As you narrow the width, firstly
the "Wiki Management" disappears and then the "Navigation". That way you
always have a decent area for the content even if you're watching it in
a tablet.

It's the Liquid Layout mentioned in the wiki [1].
