[Bf-docboard] User Manual - Animation TOC

Both pages are almost ready.

Here there is the choice of 2 TOC's for Animation Tools, /Animation/ or /Animation/Tools/.
If we use /Animation/ the Drivers redirect will have to be removed. I dont know how todo this.

Ive copied the content of the Manual Drivers Page: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Animation/Editors/Graph/Drivers
To Here: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/User:Koilz/29.11.13_wiki_-_Driver_Reference
So the manual page can be deleted if required, to fix the redirect.
Then we can add the content of the Drivers page to the new link, /Animation/Drivers or /Animation/Tools/Drivers.

When thats done, i will add the new links to this page.

Then the content can be moved to the new links.

Then the Animation TOC can be replaced.
