small typos or shortcuts can be fixed on the fly, as stated in the
guidelines, yes.
The "page-at-a-time" approach has to be used if you port a page from
2.4 or decide you would rewrite a page, or a significant portion of
it.
But yeah, it would be better to do pages as a whole, so that we can
mark them as complete.
