[Bf-docboard] linking wiki pages to dev pages

Hi all,

I just came across the following
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/User:Psy-Fi/UV_Tools .
It seems I hardly ever come across these developer pages when I'm google
searching.
I would find the link above a better starting point, or at least very
complimentary to the 2.49 pages
available on UV tools.

Perhaps dev pages and release notes could be linked to 2.4 pages that need
porting, so that contributors will have a more up-to-date starting point.
The current message "This page is copied from 2.4" could be appended with
"See the developer's notes for now."
