[Bf-docboard] Blender Proceedings

IMHO, I think the real roadmap that is hoped for is that all roads must lead
to blenderguru.com.

We certainly need good documentation, but we need to keep in mind that the
community is made up of many resources in many different languages.

Let's make sure that we don't end up simply catering to someone's
"brilliant" marketing plan for themselves.
