[Bf-docboard] Style and Templates guides renewed

Hello,

I've rewritten the style guide at
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Meta:Guides/Style_Guide
and I've broken things in subpages.

I hope now it is more clear for newcomers: please check it out and fix any problem you may find.

Also I have renewed
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Meta:Guides/Templates
because recently I have documented all useful templates so I've transcluded all the templates docs in the template guide page.
