[Bf-docboard] Translation to pt-br

Hi,

Long time ago, I wrote the user´s manual command line new pages for the
wiki.
Well, I´d like to contribute in the translation of Blender´s User´s Manual
to Brazilian Portuguese.

My account is El_muerte, I checked it today and it is functional, so, I
believe I can update the wiki without problems.

I´d like to ask what pages of the Blender´s user´s Manual could be
translated to Brazilian portuguese first.
