So I'll keep at it.

The restructuring of the Wiki doesn't mean re-inventing it.
There has been quite some thought put into it: the only problem is that 
all the authors didn't stick to it, me the first (but I tried)
An almost ideal manual page is something like this one :
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Manual/Ramps
With such a template we could almost make a form that the author would 
just have to fill in.
