Hi

1600 (NL time) means 1600 in Netherlands time. It is also known as CET
(Central European Time) that is GMT +1. See
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=16.

I hope you can work out what it means in your local time. Sorry for being
inaccurate. :)
