hi people,

I saw the discussion about uploads and I found on the net that if you want
upload another file types, It's just to create a link using the word Media,
like

[[Media:file.zip]]

or

[[Media:file.odt]]

Now, who has the administrator rights (Tom), has to change the following
line in LocalSettings.php file (it is located on media wiki's root
directory)
$wgFileExtensions = array('jpg','jpeg','png','zip','odt');

If the line doesn't exists, you have to create it.
the extension list could be anyone.

Remember that when putting the link on the wiki we have to use [[Media:
file.extension]]
