[Bf-docboard] Manual Introduction question.

Would it be ok to move the "compiling the sources" section from the 
Manual/Introduction to the "Support" section?

I just not so sure how many users are going to compile these days unless 
they are developers or detailed about software installation.

I was wondering if we could move it to an area move fitting to compiling 
and perhaps put a reference to it in the "Introduction/introduction" 
section.

Any thoughts?
