[Bf-docboard] Proposal for translating tooltips on Launchpad(Rosetta)

Hi.

Could we translate tooltips on Launchpad?

I uploaded a POT file and some PO files to Rosetta in Launchpad.
Because I think importing PO files is very useful for translating
tooltips for Blender in Ubuntu Dapper.

But I don't have permission to upload these files in Dapper,
so I uploaded these files out of Dapper.

Rosetta admin asked if the Blender project as a whole wants to
use Rosetta for translation.
