[Bf-docboard] Node Reference page.

Hi.  You can see the current state of the node editor reference page I 
wrote at

The Compositor section is all finished, and all I need to do is update 
the shader section when I get time.  Thanks to Jtuttle for doing the 
last few compositor nodes.

Anyway, I thought I'd post this before SoD starts, so people won't 
accidentally duplicate this work. I also need to figure out the next 
step of manual integration.  I'm also thinking that that the document 
will likely need to be split up into several pages, probably one page 
for compositing, one page for material shaders, and maybe one 
Introduction page relating to both.
