[Bf-docboard] offsite translations

hey

I don't know about the japanesse version but (i could be wrong) theirs
a whole chinese web site so that anyone in china can access it, i
think parts of china aren't allow complete web access. If thats write
then linking would usefull as we would other wise nead to maintain to
sites.
