if you set it up and maintain it, I'm sure people would be willing to
use it.  Personally I'd be interested in setting up a formal survey
that gathers more information than just what the wishs are.

Ie whether their current usage is professional or hobbiest, what type
of usage do they have of blender (ie are they animation focused,
illustration focused, do they create game content, etc.)
