[Bf-docboard] Idea for a section devoted to Panels.

Greetings,

I have a question for the doc-board.

I would like to add a new link to the manual that contains documentation 
for each panel in Blender. I was thinking a good place to put it would 
be under the  "The interface" link. But then I was thinking that the 
"The interface" link could use some restructuring as well.

Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated?
