[Bf-docboard] PDF manual Part I again

Still it would be nice, though, if someone would be so kind to create the
PDF version of part one of the manual like you have done with part II, that
does exist as PDF file  - so it would be possible to download and read.

Alternatively, it would be very nice if there was a version og the HTML
help, that was not paginated, so you didn't have to press next page again
and again - so you could quickly browse through the manual.
