[Bf-docboard] Spanish

[malefico andauer]

I don't know about Magaly (Maga where are you ?) , but
we've been working hard these last few weeks. Magaly
and others have setup a local CVS aside from
blender.org for testing and backup purpose and
hopefully soon everything will be uploaded to official
CVS.

We are still a little short of translators, but we
hope to finish for April.
