[Bf-docboard] generating blender pdf manuals

Follow the thread to find a potential fix.

For the last error if thats still around after fixing the lat1 stuff,

I'm Guessing if you modify the nest_size in your texmf.cnf that will
get rid of the grouping levels thing.
