Hello,
I'd like to help out with the documentation project by
submitting corrections, additional sections, updates
to existing sections, updated screenshots, etc. for
review.
1st. My experience: No foreign language experience,
so I cannot help with localization, and no experience
with the documentation software, however I am ready
and eager to learn all that I can in the time that I
have available to me. I am also a skilled writer and
am clear and concise, qualities which will help make
my submissions useful. I have been a blender
follower/user for about two years, and I am still
learning the application. I would like to make it
easier for new users to get into blender by
contributing updates to the documentation. I hope to
help combine the expertise and information available
in tutorials across the web and the Blender3d.org
releaselogs into the manual so that it can be as
up-to-date as possible so that new users do not need
to search for additional resources to provide the
information they need as much as they do now.
2nd. How shall I gets started? I am guessing that the
current version published at blender.org is not the
same as the internal version. I would have to see
this version so that I will not duplicate submissions
since the last official version.
Thank you, and I look forward to the opportunity to
assist you.
