[Bf-docboard] Translation to French : need new pages

So, it is better talking about it here first I'd bet :)

I haven't found in the meta documents the way to make new pages or even if I
can.

Anyways, the translation would need the equivalent of what's available for
the manual under the [fr] link. How to proceed ?
