Hi for SOC,

booleans, fluid dynamics, inverse kinematics, made it in for this
release.  ffmpeg, nurbana, pytexture are targeted for next release.

For the release notes - the first section on animation isn't well
organized - I'd planned to have Ton merge them with the CMS pages.
