[Bf-docboard] Blender 2.40 QuickStart Guide (FINAL)

The use of effects is probably not a very good idea for
compatibility... I suggest to make the shadow solid and not blurred
(heliosmulti seems to be down so I can't show an example, I don't have
the pdf here right now)
