R: [Bf-docboard] Perl script to fix pserver -> ext

May be this?
1) set environment variable "CVS_RSH" to "ssh"
2) change "pserver" into "ext" in the CVSROOT you use, or in the cvs access command
3) run this perl line below on old checkouts, to change "pserver" into "ext":
	find . -type f -name "Root" | xargs perl -pi -e 's/pserver/ext/g'
