[Bf-docboard] about the online UV section

I haven't noticed at first but...

The "unwrapping Suzzane" chapter online is not the
same I finally commited. There is a whole subsection
missing where I described a second method to do the
unwrapping...

Was it intentionally omitted for some reason or was it
just a mistake ?
