The TeX capacity exceeded error is why whe have TWO volumes :(

Only 50? I get 5000 :P Yep, it is correct. And images are not linked, you must place them by hand, I have a tiny script who copies all gfx directories from main tree 
to html tree... If you want I'll send.

Also, I'll check my conf ASAP
