[Bf-docboard] Spanish translation (asking for technical help)

Hi guys,

I'm trying to organize a spanish-spoken team to
translate this masterpiece of boring literature :-)

Anyway, I've read that there is already a french team
around doing the same. I would like to know how are
you working ? Do you "freeze" the docs at a version
number and start translating ? Are you uploading these
translated versions to a special site ? I suppose you
are using same screenshots/figures as in the original
version... are you ?
