Hi Stefano

Have you finished? I get a couple of errors when I use docbook, complaining
that /PartM/materials/en/chapter_materials.xml refers to two files it can't
find:
/PartM/materials/en/section_materials_ray_mir.xml
/PartM/materials/en/section_materials_ray_trans.xml

Is it OK to commit some more fixes to CVS?
