[Bf-docboard] Who's in charge? What's going on?

Hi!

Well, DTP people are working hard, and they already have 99.5% of the
material
(Preface missing :P) but they have not processed all of it.

You can send me a new image if you wish, but I really cannot guarantee that
it will be in the
book *pages*. It might fit in the CD-ROM though.
