He offers it for inclusion in the Official Docs, and I think it would be a great addition.
It should be added to the 'Beyond Blender' part, before the Yable chapter, which should be dropped in the future.
 
Not immediately, since yable is still more flexible than the built in exporter, but it
is unsupported, so...
 
If there is someone willing to translate Guarav HTML to DocBook, please rise your hand :)
