Well, The key point for me now is fixing al image references to new images.
Names were not always kept, and DTP software allowed for cropping, so I must
re-crop all images.

Furthermore yellow highlights get lost in exporting!

I hope to be able to 'defreeze' PartI this week!

The key point is that, unfortunately, some last moment proof correction
could have escaped!

Anyway the key point is not to make the exact copy of the book online, but
to recover the content to the greatest extent possible, so to be able to
start updating. The wole last chapter in the book does not deserve to be put
online... it's the *other* chapters which nust be updated with latest 2.32
features!

So As soon as Part I is online I hope some vplunteer will start to upgrade
text & images to
2.32 and subsequent!

The real problem is that I cannot get a single PDF to compile. I will
probably create sub-master documents, one for each part. But our first
target now is to make a browsable HTML ready as soon as possible. Once the
HTML is done building 'parts' PDF is merely a matter of creating alternate
master docs.
