I have problems in accessing the CVS from my main working place.
Waiting for these to solve I'll do CVS updates from home.
I'm currently uploading a new DOC build for downloading
and browsing, this does *NOT* match the CVS. I'll update
the CVS this evening.
So, please, wait a little before committing your changes :)
BTW the organization has been largely revised, to
make chapters more logically grouped in parts!
